Event with distiller Hraundís at Fischersund 3 on 10 July 2025

Ilm áhugafólki á Íslandi fer stanslaust fjölgandi og mikil forvitni um þá miklu kúnst að eima ilmi. Það er líka algjörlega magnað ferli og ilmirnir dásamlegir! Við fengum til liðs við okkur helsta eimingarsérfræðing íslands hana Hraundísi Guðmundsdóttur en olíur frá henni eru einmitt í flestum ilmum Fischersunds. Í samstarfi við hana ætlum við að hittast í Fischersundi 3 og eima saman fallegu Reykjavík. Við munum fræðast um ferlið, fá okkur hressingu og fara svo út og týna allt ilmandi í Gamla grjótaþorpinu og eima saman í ilm. Í lok námskeiðs fá allir ilm með sér heim sem eimaður var á námskeiðinu. Verð er 3.500 kr og takmarkað pláss og því.

The number of fragrance enthusiasts in Iceland is constantly increasing and there is a great curiosity about the great art of distilling fragrances. It is also an absolutely amazing process and the fragrances are wonderful! We will be joined by Iceland's leading distillation expert, Hraundís Guðmundsdóttir, whose oils are in most of Fischersund's fragrances. In collaboration with her, we are going to meet at Fischersund 3 and distill together in beautiful Reykjavík. We will learn about the process, have some refreshments and then go out and pick everything fragrant in the Old Stone Village and distill together into a fragrance. At the end of the course, everyone will take home a fragrance that was distilled during the course. The price is 3,500 kr and space is limited.
